ShotLab helps users import screenshots and photos, frame them, annotate them, style backgrounds, apply visual effects, and export polished visual scenes for personal, creative, marketing, or product communication use.

3. User Content and Rights

You retain ownership of the screenshots, photos, text, annotations, and exported visuals you create with ShotLab. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you import, edit, export, or share.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse ShotLab or use it to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or abusive content.

  • Do not import or share content you do not have the right to use
  • Do not use ShotLab to impersonate others or misrepresent products or services
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or copy the app
  • Do not interfere with subscriptions, billing, analytics, or platform security

5. Subscriptions and Premium Features

ShotLab may offer premium features through subscriptions or one-time purchases. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the App Store, Google Play, or the relevant payment provider according to their rules.

6. Exports and Publishing

ShotLab provides creative tools and export presets, but it does not guarantee that exported visuals will meet every platform requirement, advertising policy, app store guideline, or brand rule. You are responsible for reviewing exported visuals before publishing them.

ShotLab is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost content, publication issues, or platform rejection of exported visuals.
