ShotLab Privacy Policy

ShotLab is a mobile app for turning screenshots and photos into polished, shareable visual scenes. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you use ShotLab.

ShotLab is designed around images that you choose to import, including screenshots, photos, and product captures. Imported images are used to create, edit, preview, and export visual scenes. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use the images and content you import.

ShotLab is intended to process editing work on your device where possible. Your scenes, drafts, and exported visuals may be stored locally on your device or in app storage depending on the platform. You can delete exported files or drafts through the app or your device storage controls when available.

ShotLab may offer free and premium features. If subscriptions or purchases are available, payments are handled by the App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or similar payment and subscription providers. ShotLab does not receive your full payment card details from these providers.

ShotLab may use privacy-conscious analytics or crash reporting to understand app performance, fix bugs, and improve the product. These services may process device information, app version, crash logs, coarse usage events, and anonymous identifiers. We do not use analytics to inspect the content of your imported images.

ShotLab may rely on trusted third-party services for subscriptions, analytics, crash reporting, cloud infrastructure, or app distribution. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and only as needed to support app functionality.

ShotLab helps you export visuals that you may share outside the app. Once you share an exported image to social platforms, messaging apps, websites, or other services, that sharing is governed by the privacy policies and settings of those services.

Local drafts and exports remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app, subject to your platform backup settings. Subscription records and anonymous analytics records may be retained by third-party providers as needed for billing, fraud prevention, support, and legal compliance.

ShotLab is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy as ShotLab evolves. Any updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of ShotLab after changes means you accept the updated policy.
